ANC MP Makhosi Khoza has taken to social media to clarify information that has been circulating about her personal life. Following her husband’s death in late 1998 when she was 28 years old, there had been rumours that Khoza killed him and had since been sleeping with married men. “This is all rubbish,” she recently wrote. “Empty heads have the high capacity of generating lies. Corrupt minds are intolerant of facts and truth. These insults emanate from souls with no content. They are simply there to silence me. “Those who have no content and substance accuse me of all sort of things. They are generating lies. They are not my response. I have no smallanyana skeletons in my closet. I’m unfazed.”

An undisclosed amount of mandrax weighing over 330 kilograms has been seized in a residential house in Dobsonville‚ Soweto‚ on Tuesday. The Gauteng Hawks‚ working together with the Cape Town Crime Intelligence unit‚ got a tip off that led to the arrest of three people‚ a 25-year-old man who was at the house when the police raided the home and two females whose ages were not divulged to the media. The man has since been taken to the Dobsonville police station for further questioning while the two ladies have been detained elsewhere. The peach-coloured house‚ situated at 48 Thusi Street‚ Dobsonville‚ which is surrounded by high walls‚ was encircled by police who raided the property earlier on Tuesday.
Willard katsande was only nine when he lost his father, but the Kaizer Chiefs midfielder is grateful for everything his deceased father did for him while he was still alive. The Zimbabwean anchorman says his father instilled the love for football in him when he named him after late Zimbabwean soccer legend Willard Khumalo. CAPE TOWN - The Democratic Alliance (DA) is in hot water with the Public Protector for revealing that her office will be investigating the circumstances related to a R30 million pension payout to former Eskom chief executive, Brian Molefe. On Monday, the DA circulated a letter from Busisiwe Mkhwebane's office confirming their complaint would be probed by a senior investigator. Mkhwebane’s spokesperson Cleopatra Mosana says at issue is compromising the investigation. On Monday, the DA said it was pleased the Public Protector was following up on its complaint because the payout would be a gross abuse of public funds.
